Site Description

Angela and Marc run Somers Wood. They are located in Meriden (The Centre of England) on the mature woodlands of Packington Estate.

They are an adults-only touring caravan park centrally located for Birmingham and the NEC, the cathedral city of Coventry in the West Midlands and Warwick with its magnificent castle in Warwickshire.

They are open all year.

As Somers Wood is a childfree park it offers you the opportunity to relax and enjoy their peaceful surroundings.

They take touring caravans and motorhomes. Sorry, no tents.

In Meriden village approximately 1 mile there is a range of shops offering all the produce you are likely to need.

Hotel Restaurants and also The Bulls Head in Meriden offer good food and drink.

Somers Wood Caravan Park caters for caravans, motorhomes and has some pitches suitable for the larger American RV style of motorhome.

Approximately 3 miles from Somers Wood is the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre, staging more than 180 exhibitions every year ranging from the world famous public shows such as Crufts Dog Show, National Boat & Caravan Show and The British International Motor Show to International Trade Exhibitions like IPEX and Spring Fair. The NEC Arena is also renowned for its blockbusting concerts and sporting events.
