Site Description
Dovecot Caravan Park is a country site of 6 acres, situated conveniently near the A90 exactly half way between Aberdeen & Dundee. Placed in a warm hollow surrounded on three sides by banking, small trees and The River North Esk.
Apart from the static caravans, there are sites for 25 tourers / tents, and facilities include the use of the well appointed shower block, laundry facilities, disabled toilet, electric hook-up points and a small shop, which also features table tennis and pool table.
Children have the choice of two play areas. Dogs are welcome - though please keep on a lead whilst at the site.
The shop has full details of local tourist attractions which include four golf courses within a 15 minute drive, Edzell Castle, Fettercairn Distillery visitors’ centre, the coast a short drive away and with the Angus Glens within sight...or drive over the Cairn o’ Mount Road to Royal Deeside...it makes Dovecot the ideal site.
