Brighouse Bay is one of Scotland's top environmental Parks set in a quiet, secluded peninsula, with magificent views over the Irish Sea and is surrounded by 1200 acres of great walking country.

It has everything! you can choose to have a fun filled, action packed family holiday or simply savour the acres of land in this wildlife haven to relax in.

They welcome tents, tourers and motorhomes plus quality accommodation in lodges and holiday homes all year round. Why not try a short break in a chalet or holiday home, you will soon want to go back for a longer stay, in fact you will not want to leave at all.

At Brighouse Bay they believe quality is of paramount importance. Their well furnished lodges and caravans are cleaned and equipped to the highest standards.

All of their lodges and chalets have a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen and the majority are new or very recent models. Thistle Award caravans are newer than Budget caravans and are inspected annually and equipped to a high standard. Two cottages are located on the farms at Brighouse Bay - Old Mill features the original large mill wheel in the sunroom and Dunrod Lodge House has fantastic views over the bay.

Brighouse Bay boasts a vast range of on-site facilities that appeal to everyone, from small boats on the pond for the younger generation to Quad Bikes for the thrillseekers.

Their well stocked Shop will meet your everyday needs plus provide that special present to take back home with you. From tent pegs to tinned beans – they can cater for campers and caravanners alike.

Their open plan Reception area promotes a welcoming atmosphere which is reinforced by the knowledgeable staff. Whether you need to simply pick up a brochure, book an activity or plan your whole weeks itenary – this is where you will find the help to do it! They hold a host of Tourist Information plus maps of the local area and leaflets on activities and visitor attractions.

The indoor pool complex offers swimming for all ages with a jacuzzi and steam room for a spot of relaxation after all that work.

The 18 hole Golf Course is championship length and has glorious views across the Irish Sea. There is also a 9 hole par 3 for all the family.

For their campers and caravanners they have two well equipped toilet blocks. The larger of the two is located in the centre of the park and offers not only the seperate Gents and Ladies options but also en-suite cubicles suitable for families. The other unisex block is located nearer the tenting area and reception. One side is laid out as individual cubicles (including shower, sink and toilet), the other as separate toilets, showers and sinks
