Skye is not too difficult to find your way around but it is a lot bigger than most people expect and many of the roads are narrow and winding, so journeys may take a little longer.
If you`re traveling by coach you`ll arrive in Portree, the main town, and from there catch the local bus to Edinbane. Tell the driver you`d like to be dropped off by the camp-site.

...from Kyleakin: (Toll Free Skye Bridge)
Follow the A87 towards Portree. Take the left at Portree for Dunvegan and Uig. Carry on for 4 miles to Borve then turn left onto the A850 heading for Dunvegan. Our site is roughly 8 miles further on the right hand side, just before the village of Edinbane.
...from Armadale: (Mallaig Ferry)
Travel north on the A851 to Broadford then turn left on to the A87 and continue as above.
...from Uig: (Tarbert or Lochmaddy Ferry)
Travel south on the A87 to Borve, turn right onto the A850 for Dunvegan and continue as above.
