Site Description
Set in the heart of Hampshire and covering 11 acres of beautiful countryside, this is a family run, dog friendly park on the edge of the New Forest offering a relatively quiet and calm atmosphere. The facilities they offer are ideal for mature caravanners and families with young children.
Located four miles from Romsey, they are an ideal base for touring the Test Valley, within easy reach of Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester, Salisbury, the sandy beaches of the South Coast and the amazing monoliths at Stonehenge and Avebury.
Ferries for the Continent and the Isle of Wight are within a thirty minute drive and there are excellent shopping, leisure and family entertainment centres locally and in nearby Southampton, approximately a forty minute drive.
Other local activities include horse riding, walking, fly and coarse fishing and golf, or you may prefer just to relax with a good book.
As they do not have a swimming pool, clubhouse or games room, the facilities they have to offer teenagers are limited, and they do not cater for visitors looking for evening entertainment or those wishing to have lively get-togethers. Small groups, that is three units or more, can be accommodated, but they recommend you read their guidelines on “Group Bookings”. They have high expectations of all their visitors’ behaviour and strive to meet the high standards that they have set themselves.

More Details
Bramleys is their own Tea Rooms and Restaurant on site, is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Tuesday to Sunday. They offer a whole range of food including Breakfasts, Lunches, Cream Teas and Afternoon Tea.
All their dishes are home made on the premises using, where possible, local produce and our cakes and desserts have developed a reputation for quality both with visitors to the park and local residents.
In addition to their standard menu they have our their daily specials all of which are available to take away as are the cakes and desserts.
The Hatchet Inn is only 20 minutes walking distance from the park, this is a favourite for them and their regular visitors. The pub offers an excellent outdoor play area for children, a good varied menu, with a separate children's menu in a warm friendly 'local' atmosphere. Spend a Wednesday night here, and you will be sure to see at least two teams from Hill Farm competing against each other in the pub quiz.
The Bell Inn at Bramshaw is a little further a field, but in a idillic setting in the New Forest, is the Bell Inn Hotel and Golf Club. Food is of an excellent quality, but is reflected in the price. There is a good children's play area. It currently holds an AA Red Rosette for cuisine.
This is the newest section of our website and we are in the progress of adding the local restaurants. If you have visited a restaurant and would like us to add it on this page, or if you are a restaurant owner wishing to be featured.
