With an 11-month licence on the Park, you may visit your holiday home whatever the season. As they specialise in peace and quiet, the Park is particularly suitable for the retired, semi-retired and for those without dependent children.

Thirty-one privately owned Static Caravans are sited on Downsview Park. You may park your car next to, or very near to your pitch, and you may have space for decking or a patio

There is a range of manufacturers and models on the Park. All the Static Caravans have two bedrooms, double-glazing and central heating, are 12 feet wide and between 32 feet and 37 feet long.

The holiday Lodges are set on large pitches, bordered by shrubs, the Stately Albion Lakewood Lodges, measuring 36 feet by 20 feet, sited and ready for occupation.
Built to the highest specification and fully compliant with BS3632, they have the charm of a country retreat while featuring a striking interior design. Patio doors open out onto a decking walkway with side veranda. All Lodges are fully serviced including:

With the sea and the countryside both on the doorstep, the choice of activities is endless. Whether you prefer a gentle stroll along country lanes, or a visit to a lively sea-side town, Downsview Park is a wonderful centre from which to venture forth.
There are extensive opportunities for walkers and cyclists. The South Downs Way, Ditchling Beacon and Devil's Dyke provide excellent walking routes, while the Downs Link Cycle path provides a traffic-free ride from Steyning to Guildford. Brighton's renowned Royal Pavilion, piers, beaches, historic buildings, Marina, Shops, Museums, Cinemas and Theatres are only 9 miles away If you love opera and drama, Glyndebourne Opera House and Chichester Festival Theatre are both within easy reach The sporting activities of golf, horse riding, fishing, tennis and swimming are all within a radius of 10 miles, as are several well-equipped sports centres.
