The beautiful Crantock beach is perfect for family fun, and the golden sands are the ideal location to spend a hot summer day. The village has a post office, 2 public houses, Tea rooms, 2 general stores and the historic church of Saint Carantoc. There are also many sporting facilities to be found nearby including sailing, bowls, swimming pools, tennis, squash and 3 golf courses. There are also riding stables just 1km down the lane.
