If you are seeking an attractive park from which to explore West Cornwall then Kenneggy Cove is in the ideal position. Being close to Penzance you have the opportunity to take a day trip to by helicopter, plane, or ship to the Isles of Scilly, to explore The Lizard or to discover the little known Roseland peninsula.
Within a twenty mile radius you can visit quaint St.Ives and it's new Tate Gallery; the ancient sea port of Falmouth; Helston, home of the Flora Dance, and the ruggedness of Land's End.
Marazion, which looks out to St.Michaels Mount, is but three miles distant and local beaches and coves abound including Prussia Cove.
The Eden Project at St Austell is just over an hour away and as potentially the most significant millennium project anywhere in the world is a "must see" attraction.
If you would like to learn scuba diving Undersea Adventures at Long Rock, Penzance can offer comprehensive six day courses from £355 (Spring and Autumn) that will qualify you to dive safely. If you are already qualified you can hire equipment, dive safely from their boat with other experienced divers, and hopefully, swim with the dolphins that frequent this part of the coast. They also have a shop where you can buy a full range of equipment for all diving requirements.
