Burton Hill is a relaxed and friendly campsite offering a perfect riverside location for both long holidays and short breaks. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Wiltshire countryside with only a 10 minute walk along the River Avon to the thriving town of Malmesbury.
The touring park has pitches with or without electric hook-up and welcomes caravans, tents and motor homes as well as a small number of contractors. The shower and toilet block is brand new and includes facilities for family and disabled use. They also have an area for the storage of touring caravans.
They are committed to providing their visitors and residents with an environmentally friendly campsite. It is their aim to provide recycling facilities, to use renewable energy where possible and to encourage a haven for wildlife - in fact to be as energy efficient and ‘green’ as they can.

Activities such as fishing, cycling, walking, golf, the sports centre and swimming pool are all nearby. The oldest borough in England, Malmesbury is a bustling, mediaeval market town with shops, supermarket, pubs and restaurants. Why not visit the 12th century abbey and the famous Abbey House Gardens or further afield, Westonbirt Arboretum, the city of Bath, Stonehenge or Longleat?

Burton Hill has a quiet, riverside location with far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside. Visitors enjoy the sound of birdsong and the restful atmosphere.
The nearby River Avon is just a short walk away and the footpath is an easy stroll into Malmesbury with its shops, restaurants, cafes and facilities.
The campsite field is grassy, level and flat. It is open plan, although the individual plots with hook-up are clearly marked.
