Delivery Options available from Camping and Caravan Direct

Camping & Caravan Direct use Interlink Express for all of our UK Deliveries, if when placing your order you include your email address and your mobile telephone number (if available) they will then send you and email or a text to your phone with an approximate delivery time for your goods.

When can I expect my goods to be delivered?

If we receive your order before 3pm (GMT) and your items are in stock, we will despatch the same day! Delivery can then be expected next day for mainland UK. Please note, due to occasional problems with electronic systems, delays may occur in TGS receiving orders via email or the website, and this may affect delivery.

Delivery to Northern & Southern Ireland, Highlands and Islands can take 2-5 days.

How do I pay for my goods when ordering online?By Credit/Debit Card

We accept all major credit and debit cards shown. You will be asked to fill in your card details when placing your order.

For payments made by non-UK credit/debit cards, the exchange rate used will be the bank's rate at the time of processing the payment.

Hassle-Free Credit

Businesses can open a 30-day credit account facility by filling in a Credit Application Form. Your account can usually be opened within a day of receiving the completed form.

By Cheque

For orders placed via the website, if you prefer to send a cheque for your order, rather than process your payment online, please remember to allow TGS to confirm delivery charges to you before sending your cheque. Please make cheques payable to TGS Industrial Supplies, write your cheque card number on the reverse and allow 5 working days for clearance. If you prefer to place your order via post please telephone our Sales Office to confirm delivery charges before completing your Order Form and send it with your cheque.

By Postal Orders

For orders placed via the website, if you prefer to send a postal order, rather than process your payment online, please remember to allow TGS to confirm delivery charges to you before sending your payment. If you prefer to place your order via post please telephone our Sales Office to confirm delivery charges before completing your Order Form and send it with your postal order. Please make sure postal orders are payable to TGS Industrial Supplies and remember to keep the counterfoils until you have received your order. Do not send cash by post as we can not be held responsible for any loss. We recommend The Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.

By Purchase Order

This option is available for organisations that require a purchase order number by their accounts department. In this situation a purchase order number must be provided before we will process the order.

What is the returns policy?

We will refund or credit any item returned within 7 days of purchase if it has been damaged in transit or the wrong item has been despatched, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If any item returned because of being faulty, and after inspected is found to be in perfect order then carriage costs would be paid by the customer.

Personalised garments cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Manufacturers Guarantee

All our goods have a 12 month manufactures guarantee

Please return the faulty item's) with the receipt and we'll usually be able to repair it for you. If we can't offer a repair, we'll usually give you a replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Claims for damage to goods must be noted at the time of delivery and notified to TGS in writing within 3 days of delivery to you. Goods returned will be accepted entirely at TGS discretion within 30 days of delivery to you provided that they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Free carriage on paid returns applies to UK mainland only and TGS stocked catalogue lines. You must contact us for authorisation to return goods on our Customer Services Return Line 0191 454 7244. Any goods returned to TGS without authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. TGS reserves the right to charge an administration fee on all returns.

Where goods do not appear in a TGS publication (including but not limited to our catalogue, brochure, leaflet or website) and are specially ordered for you, TGS will only accept the return of the goods if they are defective and returned within 30 days of delivery to you. This also applies to goods that have been embroidered and goods that have been customised.

Can I order bottled gas online?

Sorry but due to health & safety restrictions, we can only deliver bottled gas to the Tyne & Wear area only.
