My poles have broken/split is this covered under the guarantee?
All pole breakages - regardless of age and use - are treated as fair wear and tear, therefore are not covered under the terms of Vango warranty. The reason these items are not covered is due to the amount of variables that can cause pole damage, mostly when pitching, striking in transportation, accidental damage, incorrectly seating the ferrule, dropping the pole and storing the poles.
When can I expect my goods to be delivered?
If we receive your order before 3pm (GMT) and your items are in stock, we will despatch the same day! Delivery can then be expected next day for mainland UK. Please note, due to occasional problems with electronic systems, delays may occur in TGS receiving orders via email or the website, and this may affect delivery.
Delivery to Northern & Southern Ireland, Highlands and Islands can take 2-5 days.
World-wide deliveries will be advised on an order by order basis. Please check with us first.
Can I order bottled gas online?
Sorry but due to health & safety restrictions, we can only deliver bottled gas to the Tyne & Wear area.
