Croft Farm Leisure and Water Park is a camping and caravanning centre with its own lake, perfect for an activity-based family holiday or simply a great day out.

Croft Farm is located just outside Tewkesbury in the scenic River Avon Valley, with a caravan and camping park adjacent to their own lake. The wide range of watersports activities and tuition on offer provide added interest for those wanting a more active holiday.

A footpath meanders through the meadow to the River Avon, and free river fishing is available to all our camping guests.

Croft Farm is ideally placed as a centre for touring, with the Cotswolds, Malverns, Bredon Hill and the Forest of Dean within easy reach. Local towns include Pershore, Evesham, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury.

They also offer a full range of activity holidays and events, from corporate team-building events to stag and hen groups.

The site welcomes guests of all ages, families and groups with a mixture of grass and hard standing pitches for touring caravans, motor homes and tents. The majority of pitches are served with a 10amp power supply, with some grass areas available for camping.

Croft Farm is graded 3 stars with modern toilet and shower facilities, log cabin club house, gym and water sports centre. The focal point of the park is the water sports lake; whether taking part or observing, the scene is ever changing. There is a footpath around the lake and also down through the meadow to the River Avon, where free coarse fishing is available. New for 2011 is a private slipway into the Avon to enable small motorised craft to launch.

The Lakeside café and bar is a great place to meet up with breakfast, lunch and evening meals served at very reasonable prices. The bar is open through the day and into the evening with regular entertainment on a Saturday night.

Children are well catered for with an outdoor and indoor play area, space to cycle around the site and the opportunity to take part in the water sports.

They allow dogs but they must be kept on a lead and under control. There are dog gloves and bins around the site and an exercise field where the dogs can be let off the lead for a run.

The health and fitness centre is managed as a separate business serving the local community, but guests staying on site are welcome as day members. There is a good range of cardio and resistance machines, a sauna, a sports therapist and beautician; call into the gym reception for further details.

The water sports centre is being completely rebuilt for 2011 and will feature an extensive shop, function room and new changing facilities.

There fully-equipped gym, located on-site at Croft Farm, has qualified instructors to assess your fitness and design a suitable exercise programme to ensure you a safe and effective workout.

If exercise is not for you then you can relax in the sauna, or top up your tan on the sunbed. Nurtitional analysis, beauty treatments, aromatherapy and massage are also available by appointment.
