When can I expect my goods to be delivered?

If we receive your order before 3pm (GMT) and your items are in stock, we will despatch the same day! Delivery can then be expected next day for mainland UK. Please note, due to occasional problems with electronic systems, delays may occur in Camping and Caravan Direct receiving orders via email or the website, and this may affect delivery.

RETURNS:

Returns for Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a refund or replacement once the item has been returned and inspected.

Returned items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

If an item is returned as faulty but, upon inspection, is found to be free from defects and in full working order, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable redelivery charges.

Our courier (DPD) will attempt to deliver your order on 2 separate occasions. An email and text will be sent with the tracking details with an approximate time of the delivery, should your order still remain undelivered because you are not available to receive, it well then be automatically returned to us via DPD. In this case, the cost of the delivery will be bourn by the customer.

Please note: If you have ordered a length of any kind of hose, this is cut to size as per a customers order and therefore, cannot be refunded.
