SITE INFORMATION

Situated right at the heart of the North Norfolk coast, Pinewoods Holiday Park has been welcoming holidaymakers and families for over 60 years. The generously landscaped site lies behind pine-topped sand-dunes at the edge of Wells beach, just a short walk (or miniature train ride) from the bustling historic port of Wells-next-the-Sea.

Pinewoods offers a wide range of holiday lodges and static caravans for private sale or rent, as well as pitches for touring caravans, motor homes and tents along with comprehensive and up-to-date facilities and an unrivalled range of holiday activities right on its doorstep as well as lots to do and visit close by.

This year their shop is receiving an upgrade which will make life easier for both their customers and the team. Landscaping also fi gures highly as they replace plants eaten by their rabbits and muntjac deer.

The shop is well stocked with provisions for your holiday. A selection of camping equipment, batteries and gifts are available as well as groceries, cold drinks, soft drinks and alcohol.

Shop

Their on-site shop is well-stocked with provisions, groceries, cold-drinks and beers, wines and spirits, as well as some handy camping supplies and equipment. Opening times vary according to season.

Coffee Shop

Pop into their coffee shop for teas, coffees, drinks, cakes and fresh pastries.  Sit inside for a welcome break or, weather permitting, grab an outside table and watch the world go by.

Launderette

Their well equipped launderette has large washers and dryers visit reception for tokens.

Showers and toilet blocks

Modern facilities are conveniently situated throughout the park.

Children’s playground

Somewhere safe to let off steam and have a play. This play area is suitable for children under 16 years of age.

Pitch and putt

Their own 9 hole pitch-n-putt course is a short walk from the campsite and is open every day throughout Summer. They also have crazy golf and target golf next door as part of the Abraham’s Bosom entertainments. (For keen golfers, they are near well-known full size courses at Brancaster, Cromer, Fakenham, Hunstanton and Sheringham.)

Boating lake

Once open to the sea, Abraham’s Bosom is now a unique enclosed lagoon right in Pinewoods park. Part is open as a scenic and safe boating lake and there is a wide selection of canoes, sit-on-top kayaks and rowing boats for hire. 

Pool Room

No holiday would be complete without a game.
