SITE INFORMATION

Roseland Park is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Canada Hill above the town of Rothesay,Isle of Bute. There are outstanding views of the bay and the hills and sea lochs of the Cowal peninsula. We are the only official campsite on the island and are conveniently situated for all the facilities that Rothesay has to offer.

Glamping Pods

Fancy camping but not the idea of living in a tent? Then this is for you..

Their Glamping Pods provide all the fun and outdoors lifestyle of camping with a little more luxury. Each Pod is fitted with a double and 2 single bed spaces. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, TV plus a heater. All you need to bring is your bedding*, cooking and eating utensils and yourself. Our Glamping Pods are perfect for cyclists, walkers and families with children who’d like to experience the great outdoors……..erm, indoors!

Lodge Hire

2 Bedroom Lodge for hire with open plan living area, decks to enjoy the views fully fitted kitchens, with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, central heated and parking at door.

Caravan Hire

The Park have a selection of static caravans available for hire.

Touring & Camping

They offer a mix of touring and tent pitches with facilities – please contact them via email to make a Touring/Tent booking.
