Welcome to Shanaheever Clifden Camping and Caravan Park where they pride themselves on their traditional family style approach in welcoming visitors old and new to the park.

There you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of Connemara and yet you are within easy reach of the bustling town of Clifden. Shanaheever campsite is the perfect base for touring Connemara. They cater for tents, caravans and motor homes. They don't provide mobile homes or chalets, keeping camping traditional with modern comforts. Their extensive on-site facilities include hot showers, laundry service (iron and ironing board also available), small grocery shop with fresh bread and croissants available in the summer months, games room with television and pool table and covered dining area. Tenants are also welcome to use their own barbeque's and dogs are allowed on the site.

Local facilities include unspoilt beaches, mountain walking, fishing, golf, horse riding, sailing, landscape painting along with plenty of good quality restaurants and pubs with traditional music offering the good old "Irish Craic".
