Malmesbury, the oldest borough in England, is a bustling, medieval Wiltshire market town with shops, supermarket, pubs and restaurants.

Why not visit the 12th century abbey and the famous Abbey House Gardens.  Burton Hill makes an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds, with Westonbirt Arboretum, the city of Bath, Cirencester, Gloucester, Stonehenge and the Cotswold Water Park within easy reach.

Activities such as fishing, cycling, walking, and golf are within easy reach.  The town boasts a leisure centre and swimming pool.  The Cotswold Water Park is just 20 minutes by car.

SITE INFORMATION

They offer a tranquil setting in open countryside exclusively for adults only next door to the National Trust Wicken Fen Wildfowl Centre.

A rural atmosphere within twenty acres of paddocks, divided into landscaped fields by hedgerows with spacious pitches. Stanford Park is centrally located for visiting many attractions in the area, including Cambridge University, Ely Cathedral and Newmarket Races. Excellent for cycling, dog walking and fishing. They are open all year round and have a large hard standing area for winter use.

Clean and well maintained, the Park includes a modern heated toilet block with hot showers, launderette, ironing point, hairdryer, electric hook-ups, gas supply and an emergency services phone. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead.

They cater for caravans, motor homes, tents and organised rallies. It is advisable to book for Bank Holidays and peak periods, the minimum stay for Bank Holidays being three nights. Booking is essential out of season.
