Swans Harbour Caravan and Camping Site is situated 7 miles from the historic city of Norwich and 4 miles from the market town of Wymondham, nestled in the upper reaches of the River Yare.

There you will not only be able to enjoy the quiet country views but also the up-to-date conveniences of a modern and sensitively landscaped site in a peaceful setting.

Julia and Geoff Morter opened Swans Harbour Caravan and Camping Site in 1978 as a certified location; since then it has blossomed into a fully licensed site. They have taken great care in the provision of the amenities. The toilet block, information centre and washing-up area are styled to blend into the surroundings. Inside the floors are attractively tiled throughout. The shower cubicles are carefully designed, each with a separate dressing space which means you don’t have to get wet again! This, together with hand-dryers, mirrors and shaver points ensures everyone’s stay is a comfortable and pleasant experience.

At Swans Harbour you are welcome to take the family dog, but it would be appreciated if you would keep him on a lead. Swans Harbour is a 4 acre, level grass site, situated next to the River Yare, served by a hard road which gives easy access to pitches, all of which have electrical hook-ups. There is an ornamental pond (note: no fishing allowed in this pond). There are drinking water taps, waste disposal points and a large play area for children’s ball games. Swans Harbour is ideally placed as a centre for touring the Norfolk countryside and coastline. You will find that Swans Harbour is conveniently placed for visiting many well known historic towns and villages, such as, Norwich, Cambridge, Kings Lynn, Walsingham, Wymondham and Sandringham Estate. Swans Harbour Caravan and Camping Site is open everyday throughout the year, with heated toilet block in Winter for your convenience.
