Real Camping with nature

The park have found that lots of space and a peaceful site, free from cars, dogs, and music, helps wildlife flourish. It means encounters with the natural world are likely; often fleeting, always memorable.

Facilities

Hot Solar Showers

Free to use and hot. Along with the fridge, the freezer and the electric car plug in, they are all powered by the sun

Washing up and food storage

Undercover with lots of hot water. There is a large fridge and chest freezer

Car charging

Owners of electric cars can charge their car for free. The charger is solar powered

Firewood and charcoal

Local and sustainably sourced firewood, kindling and charcoal

Wheelbarrows

Cars need to be parked at reception but they have lots of trolleys and wheelbarrows to transport your kit to the pitch

Provisions

There’s a great farm shop 200yds down the road, an on site cafe for drinks and a number of nearby village shops

Loos

Lots of normal, clean, flushing toilets in the shower block
