Thornton's Holt is a family Camping Park accomodating both caravans and tents on spacious well maintained pitches. 

This is a quiet family camping park, at Stragglethorpe, a scattered rural hamlet 3 ½ miles south east of Nottingham,

between the villages of Radcliffe-On-Trent and Cotgrave.

There is a small shop at Thornton's Holt Campsite and across the road is The Shepherds Pub and Carvery. The local villages of Cotgrave and Radcliffe on Trent are well equipped with small supermarkets and takeaways.

The location is within the Trent Valley and is ideal for those wishing to explore the local area including the Vale of Belvoir and Sherwood Forest. 

The City of Nottingham is also on the doorstep, just a short bus ride away.  It's great for shopping and home to several tourist attractions.
