For those of you with a dog the recently planted Teesdale Heritage Wood is growing well and is a pleasurable place to walk. This is a community woodland project, sponsored by the Forestry Commission and consists of 8 acres of native hard wood trees. The woodland walks are free and open to the public to explore at any time and are dog friendly!
