SITE INFORMATION

Lying on the fringe of the Lake District National Park and only 8 miles from Penrith and the M6, Whitbarrow Hall Caravan Park in Cumbria lies on a level 20 acre site surrounded by unspoilt farming country and is overlooked by the magnificent bulk of Blencathra. In this area of outstanding beauty, hardy breeds of Lakeland sheep graze peacefully on the fellls and peace and tranquility are assured. Ullswater is only 5 miles away, Derwentwater only 9 miles and the whole of the northern lakes is virtually on your doorstep.

As well as the many leisure activities available to you close to the park they also have a large outdoor play area for the younger ones comprising climbing frames, swings and adventure play frames which have either bark or grass bases to act as a soft landings in case of mishaps. There is also plenty of space on the site to play ball games such as football and basketball and a tennis court.
