The Barns are in a quiet residential area; if you require a venue for a party, it is best to look elsewhere and they ask that guests consider the village residents at all times during their stay by keeping noise to a minimum and parking in the designated areas.

They will require one night's deposit to guarantee each booking.  This deposit will be refunded, providing there is no damage or excess cleaning required.  A cheque will be sent to you following the return of your keys.

They are able to take full payment and deposits by cheque, credit card or cash.

As each guest has different requirements, please contact them for a personalised quote, or complete an on-line form and they will get back to you with a proposal (they aim to do this within 24 hours).
